HyperventilationThere was a lot of information! The course lasted three and a half hours. We definitely got our money's worth. Dave also discussed what should go into a first aid kit, and how to use dressings/bandages/tourniquets.
Dave passed around samples of various things like epi pens, nitroglycerine tablets, and stents. Then he had a volunteer (KC8SON) demonstrate using an epi pen. When discharged horizontally through cardboard it shot quite a ways. China paced it off at over 20 feet!
Good topic, especially the gunshot coverage, knowledgable presenter and lots of information - highly recommended.
