NRA Basic Pistol - Saturday, July 19 in Richfield

The NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course introduces students to the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. Through this course, the student will learn about pistol parts and operation, ammunition, gun safety, how to disassemble and clean a firearm, pistol shooting fundamentals, and pistol shooting activities.

After the classroom session at the Richfield American Legion, we will go to Burnsville Rifle & Pistol Range for the shooting portion of the class. Students will have an opportunity to shoot revolver and semi-automatic pistols, learning proper grip, stance, sight alignment and trigger control. Class starts at 9:00am and will go until 4-5pm.

This is a beginners class; no previous shooting experience is necessary. Cost is $80. Advance registration is required at: http://www.pedersontraining.com/schedule.html
