Sealed Mindset Handgun Skill Builder 24 July

Postby DS99 on Wed Jul 07, 2010 10:37 am

Sealed Mindset is holding a 1/2 day handgun skill builder at the Scott County Regional Training Facility on 24 July from 8:00am until 12:00.

Cost will be $95, including the range fee.

A skill level equivalent to that developed in our Personal Security Level I course is required to attend. This is both for safety and out of fairness to our other students. We will validate your skill level through a skill test. We charge for the test to make sure that we don't waste anybody's time, but we apply 100 percent of the money to either the cost of the skill builder or to the cost of any of our courses.

Our skill builders are a great opportunity to come train hard on your carry skills, with your carry gun and equipment, in a safe and instructor driven environment.

More information and a video/slideshow from our June skill builder are available on our website at the link below.

had the opportunity to take the "Handgun Skill Builder" course with them this weekend. The course was posted on both boards and was to happen at the Scott County training facility but due to lack of registrations it was going to be cancelled, I inquired about the class and was told if I wanted to take it that they would hold it just for me and move it to their New Hope facility as they had advertised it and they stick by their word. I spent 4 hours on Saturday working with 2 of the very best instructors I have seen and came away with many new tricks and knowledge from 2 instuctors that have "BTDT" in the real world. This is the real deal folks, big time training school stuff that you don't need to travel to the otherside of the country for and pay a fortune. I highly recommend checking them out.

Coming from RTK and being a review of Dusty and his company, this is an excellent recommendation.

I've met Dusty and though I've not taken this class, He's low key but serious and I'd trust him enough to refer people to him or spend my money with him. RTK isn't exactly a newbie either. He's always struck me as someone who takes training and practice seriously and I know he's taken a few classes.
