Permit to Carry class in SE MN

Hello all,

I have a group of 6-10 who are all interesting in taking a permit to carry class in the Rochester area. Ideally, I would like to find someone who would be willing to come and teach us as a group. I could handle finding locations for the class and range time.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Not a recommendation for or against anyone in specific, but which ever instructor you go with, be sure to do your homework on them. Not all instructors are equal, You don't always get what you pay for, and Low price doesn't always equal a deal.

Try to find unbiased reviews from people that have actually taken the class in question. That will tell you a lot.

Tony is a great instructor and puts on an in-depth fact based class. I have audited his classes, so this is first hand experience.

I'm a member there, but I've never seen a Permit to Carry class. Lots of others. Do they not put them on the website?

Another +1 for Sureshot Training.

Tony's classes are excellent for the beginner and experienced alike. He goes far beyond what's required. I am a pretty experienced shooter and I was really impressed with his classes content. I am taking an advanced pistol class of his this Saturday and Tony will be instructing my daughter in a few months (when she's 21). You and your friends won't be disappointed.

I hightly recommend her. She has been training for more than the 20 years I've known her. She is very active in the shooting sports. Got most of my NRA training certs from her.
