Anyone Know Where DonL Is?

Postby cmj685 on Sat Aug 11, 2007 1:12 pm

Several of us were talking this morning at the north 2nd Saturday breakfast about further training, and again, so many good things were spoken about Don's training. I have meant for a long time to take some training from him and this is probably the motivation I need. But he doesn't seem to be on the forum, at least under his old TCC name. Anyone know how to get hold of him? Thanks!

If it were me, I would try "DonL" on this Forum

Before I posted the question I used the search function in the PM section, looking for the name DonL and came out with...nothing. Maybe he has changed names if he came over to the new forum? Or maybe there are other ways to search? I know I could get hold of him through TCC but it seems that private messaging there has been disabled. Have you got a contact...?

You could try his website:

plblark,
When I went into TCC yesterday to try to pm him I got the message that "private messaging has been disabled for this forum" or some such thing. Is that only for me--are others still able to pm?

Here I am! I didn't realize that I "signed up" slightly differently on this board. I'm finalizing some dates in Sept. for both levels of the "Holster Class" (level two is ready). In addition, if a group wants their own class, and has access to a range the allows holster work (or group large enough for me to reserve one), that can be arranged, also. As I mentioned in a different thread, private lessons are available, also.

Actually, I recently read an article about the benefits of taking the same course more than once. You can "push yourself" to be faster, more accurate, etc., and reinforce what you're learning.
