So i'm in Hastings for the night, but only have my phone, so I can't get directions. Coming from hastings I take 61, but am lost after that. If someone could post directions that would be helpful.

Google Maps says to take 61 North to 494, then:

7. Take the I-494 E exit 0.4 mi
8. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-494 W and merge onto I-494 W 2.9 mi
9. Take exit 66 to merge onto US-52 N toward St Paul 5.8 mi
10. Take the I-94/US-10 exit toward I-35E 0.2 mi
11. Turn left at E 7th St/Fort Rd

Continue to follow E 7th St
Destination will be on the right, 0.3 mi

Gopher Bar
241 7th Street East
St Paul, MN 55101-2346

Basically, take 61 North to 494
take 494 West to 52 North,
take 52 North across the Lafayette bridge to E 7th St, turn left

The Gopher will be on your right in ~0.3 miles...

:) No problemo. The bus was my original plan anyway if the car wasn't available. Besides, the car is my mother-n-law's with the Obama, Clinton, and Franken bumper stickers on it. If I parked it within sight of the Gopher one of you guys would have firebombed it.
