Well, maybe not bells, but I will remember to wear pants.

What time does this event typically get out?

Depends on how many shooters we have, last month with 32 in the man v man and about 40 in the timed it was a little after 5. Last year it was generally about 3

First one of anything is always a bit rough running. We've got myself plus a few other folks volunteering as RSOs for Saturday, and that should help a lot.

Hmm, I'm interested in going to the steel shoot but I've got to meet Bessy in the cities before he heads to a friend's birthday party, and buy that SAM5-R of his, so if I do go, I'm going to be watching the time closely, and may have to leave early. Decisions, decisions.

That and I've only got 250 or so rounds of .45 before I start cutting into my defensive ammo, and I'm not sure it'd be enough :P

I shoot well enough at my house, but that isn't on the clock or in front of others.

Heck yeah. I hereby delegate to you the signing up on the poll.

Waaaay ahead of you.

Can someone please keep these two in line for me? I will not be able to supervise Frick and Frack since my oldest boy has a soccer game. I am pretty sure that missing the first game of the season would place me on the bad parent list.

We're a friendly bunch. :)

I haven't shot more than 140ish rounds of ammo, including Man v Man, yet. Then again, this weekend could be meltdown central, who knows?

The nice thing is that if you do have to leave early, there's a great natural break between the timed stages and Man v Man.

Similar to Sam Colt...

The Weak Hand only is considered the Great Equalizer. No need to worry about shooting ability when Benny pulls that one out of the hat.

I'm riding along with Strad and Pat. I think you can rest assured that I'll keep things in line.

When he says "riding along" he means he will be "surfing" on the luggage rack. no worries though, we will have his ankle tethered to the frame, so if he falls, he won't fall too far from the vehicle.

Last time he made it all the way to Delano. I think it was the car wash that did him in.

I thought it was the gallon of scalding hot coolant that spewed out from under the hood. The details are kind of blurry at this point. Who knew that blinding hot anti-freeze works just as good as a razor? Didn't have to shave for a month.
