well, I feel like I had one pretty good string per stage! (well, at least good for me!) too bad about the other two/three strings per stage! I'm blaming elbow tendonitis for me doing better weak hand than strong... it surely can't have anything to do with over-confidance making me try to go faster and thereby missing more strong-side

thanks everyone for helping me test the latest prototype! going to try a slightly bigger tube to see if that helps against the wind swaying it so much. if you have other suggestions, send me a PM.

thanks again Benny and China, and the RSOs too!

I'm shocked BBeckwith and I didn't make Pat's chart for our 6 mile hike back to St. Boni after his car decided that we weren't supposed to be shooting steel that day. :?

Perhaps we should have shot the car... :gun:

Oh, man, if I'd known, you would have. It's too bad you weren't in a convoy like Strad & I were when his radiator blew apart last year. We made it to the shoot, plus my son & I got a ride in (Belgiboy's wife) SwedishBabe's cool car of the future. Munchy was nice enough to give Strad a ride even though Strad's Jeep hosed down Munchy's car when it blew.

We don't need people with a truck for hauling targets anymore, but we need a dedicated tow truck for the steel shoots. Hey Ttousi!

To their credit, between Badger, Andrew, and Mall Cop we probably could have gotten someone to bring us the rest of the way...but we boringly decided to be mature and get things like a tow truck arranged. ;)

Granted, it was a tow truck with barely any passenger room. Hence the hike.

Well it was specificly the thermostat housing that decided we shouldn't go any further. It made that know when it blew a big hole in the housing.

You know, if you guys were so scared about us beating you, there were other ways to stop us that would have been less drastic than hurting his Mustang...

The only way you can make good at anything is to practice, and then practice some more.

Clearly the lack of practice shows in my scores.
If I don't find more time to get out to the range and work on my skills, I might as well just save the ammo. But then again, what fun would that be to not hear the ping? (when I actually hit something)

Seriosly, I hope to get more time to practice this winter. So watch out! ;-)

Thanks to Benny, China and all the RSOs for a great fun and safe day(s).

I would have liked to have made some of the shoots this past year but I've been moving pretty slow for a few months. Hopefully, I'll be back in the spring at my old fighting weight and I can have some fun. These events are always fun to attend and it seems they are getting bigger all the time. Benny and China are fabulous hosts and it shows in the numbers. Til then----------SAM

Don't forget I start things our easy in the spring and increase the difficulty through the summer, so the last one was the most difficult of the year.

I'd just LOVE to see the standings if the Stage of doom were removed (Of course, that's because something like 85 of my seconds are tied up in Stage 4 :-))
