How can I post my own pictures on here?

You used to be able to upload them (a tab at the bottom of the field where you are typing), but I don't see it there anymore.

Next best thing is to sign up for a picture storage site. I use Photobucket.com. Registration is free and it's pretty handy. You upload your pictures, and then it will display the URL that you can use to post in forums.

You can mouse over the picture you just uploaded in photobucket and it will give you four options (email/im, direct link, html, img). Click on either the direct link or img and it will automatically copy the URL.

You are looking for something that looks like this:
*http://i746.photobucket.com/albums/xx110/micdahl/boot2h2.jpg
This is what is called a URL (except without the * in front). If you just paste this into a post it turns into a link:

http://i746.photobucket.com/albums/xx11 ... oot2h2.jpg

So you have to paste it surrounded with tags. This means you put it inbetween the image tag: [*img]urlgoeshere[/img] like this (only without the *)

[*img]http://i746.photobucket.com/albums/xx110/micdahl/boot2h2.jpg[/img] (again only without the *)

You can also paste the URL into your post, highlight it, and then press the "img" button above the text field.
