The cinematography in Clockwork Orange is amazing. How could you fall asleep?

Now 2001 on the other hand - that took 3 attempts to see it to the end, and it wasn't quite the same till I saw it on a theatre screen.

made an extreme effort to watch this on netflix the other night. apart from violence, and seeing boobs... this movie moved incredibly slow, and 2/3 the way through I had lost total interest and hope that the movie might begin to go somewhere.

had always heard what a great movie it was. i guess i missed the reason its a good movie? i was even racking my brain to come up with the reason people like it, going so far as to try and remember everything my looney highschool english teacher had to say about symbolism, metaphor, and all that jazz. still nothing.

I give this movie a "meh".
