I decided to let Tim have a boys night and took my friend out. Decided to bring her to my favorite spot dt stpl. Then I go to turn a corner and Tim was there. Lol. It was right as I pointed out Alarys and said that the was going there tonight!

Sam, I tried the bhut jolokia... hot, but not much hotter than the hot peppers from our garden. I didn't eat the whole thing though. It did feel warm a lot longer though.

Taste is... warm initially, like habanero, but not quite as sharp.
Once the heat sets in, it feels like a good thai pepper.

5 minutes later when it should have worn off, I was wondering if I was going to have to get some milk.

After about 15 minutes, my tongue feels normal again, but I can still feel the residual warmth in my mouth.

Definitely not for the feint of heart, and I do not recommend eating a whole one to "taste test"

Bit of hmongshine to finish it off and we're doing good.

On a second note, it was like my birthday all over again. Bhut jolokia from Sam (1,000,000 shu pepper from india), 2 shotshell loaders from Larryflew, .40 brass from Mall cop, and hmongshine from Chan. Happy birthday to me!
