Did I miss something on this build?

Rifle = $90
Trigger = $100
Stock = ??? $150 (generous)
Bent bolt = $35
Mount w/drill and tap = ??? $100
Scope = $100

So, he's got $500+ into it and is gonna go for broke at $900. Woot! You guys will all be sitting pretty after this thing is over...I can see the Classifieds flooded already! I better start saving.

All that and he keeps the original sling...

I'm not sure many of these will be safe to fire after the shoot...
Probably not even before.

Been thinking about one of these. Be fun to own!

I'm sure it could be done fairly easily... the two front lugs and that massive backup lug would probably make it one of the safest rifles on the planet!

Well I made progress last night, I threaded 3 barrels. I need to turn the profile on 2 of them and cut the chamber end to shape on 2 of them.

Did you use a die to cut the threads or a lathe? Can't wait to see how these turn out!

I ended up cutting them all in the lathe. The die I bought turned out to be junk, 2 of them in a row so they are going back to MSC.

Tomorrow night I finish the barrels, profile and muzzle threads.
