They're protesting to take away my 2nd, so I can't object to their use of the 1st?

You can, but don't look stupid to otherwise neutral observers. Chest pounding, along with spouting off about the tree of liberty and your cold dead hands impresses nobody, convinces nobody, and scares soccer moms who vote.

And don't vandalize cars. Several folks here voted for Obama, and I don't think you would want to damage their cars.

Well, I just dropped some bones for an XDs yesterday, I'm stocked on ammo (but can ALWAYS use more.. after all, who can't? Who wants LESS ammo anyway?), so I'm not really in the market to buy right now, but more or less just hang out and meet people. I may buy some stuff, stickers, patches, maybe a dummy 20mm if I can find out there, but no major purchases. I think it'll be a fun time overall.

First off, if I was going to do something, I wouldn't announce it here.

Second, letting the air out of someones tires is not damage unless they then drive on them. Since they want to cause me a real legal problem and attack my rights - I don't see the harm in wishing them a temporary inconvenience for their assertions. Not that I would do it. I would laugh if someone did though. It's not like I said I hope someone drives through the crowd...

I stand behind my obama supporter disgust. Gun owner or not.

I'm sure you would feel the same way if someone went to the Capital in the last few weeks and pulled the stems on trucks with NRA stickers because they disagree with y'all coming down there to voice your opinion.

I'm as big of fan of the NRA as I am the current administration.

You don't like Obama who is against guns.
You don't like the NRA who is for guns.

There's no pleasing you I guess :)

The firearms industry is who brought us the NFA - in the name of curbing further infringements. ;)

A friend of mine mentioned that the anti's apply for & got a permit so they could "assemble" out at the gun show this weekend

Take it for what's it worth! If it's true-don't forget to smile for the camera's ;)

According to Fair Grounds Officials today at the show, No permit was applied for or given.

So, with that all-or nothing type of mentality, you voted third-party, not for Romney, right?

Not going to make it to this show but I was wondering if anyone who attended saw any 'Moderate' Capacity Glock mags in .45 ...I'm thinking 20 plus rounds (and prices)

Don't really need one but it would be nice to Piss Off libs when I tell them 'I have a 27 round mag for my Glock' :)

I better be careful. I made a Facebook post the other day suggesting we stop winter from happening. Hope no one thinks I'm really planning that.

I like this particular venue/show combination, bummed I can't make it. :|

MWCA Gun Show March 16-17

Postby BBeckwith on Sat Mar 16, 2013 11:42 am

Lots of mags available, didn't really look at price though. Otherwise a good show there is stuff to be had. 45Badger twisted my arm just enough after seeing an old police issue Rem870 that I left with it. GOCRA was well represented with Andrew, RobD plus a couple of other guys.

And I scored .223 Varmint ammunition, some 45acp, and other goodies
