2015 Fall Fun Shoot – Public Welcome! Sept. 13

Take a scenic country drive to our club & have fun for the whole family!

Where: Rainbow Sportsmen’s Club – 1500 Oliver St. SW ,Cokato, MN, 55321
When: Sunday September 13th

Food:
- Breakfast (7AM – 11AM) $7.00 – Pancakes, sausage, coffee, milk or juice. Pancakes are ALL YOU CAN EAT.
- Lunch (11:30 start) Menu TBD

Shooting Events:
- Trap Meat Shoot (11am start) - $3/round (5 shots/round + tiebreakers) high score per round wins meat choice. Individual & “Back your Buddy” categories. Use your own shotgun/ammo. If you’ve never done this before, think of it like a meat raffle … but with shotguns & skill!
- Running Deer (10am start) - $5/3runs (3shots/run, 9 shots total). Use your own rifle or slug gun and ammo for this event. Any MN legal deer caliber allowed including slugs. This is a moving deer-size target at 75 yards. Prove to your friends & family just what an ace shot you are!
- .22 Shooting Gallery (10am start) - $3/10 shots (15 yard range) … use our rifles & ammo!! Gallery is motorized with a variety of knock-down targets rotating along the track. Our club built this gallery a few years ago and it is one cool & fun contraption!

About the Club: Rainbow Sportsmen’s Club, founded in 1943, is a private shooting and conservation club located on 36 secluded acres along the Crow River just north of Cokato, MN. We feature an automatic trap house for regulation trap league events; 100, 200 & 300 yard Rifle benches; 25 & 50 yard Handgun & Rimfire ranges; a manual trap range and a dedicated Archery range with climbing tower. Members have access to our Clubhouse for special events along with wooded campsites by the river. We host several open/public events throughout the year including a Spring Fun Shoot; Fall Fun Shoot; Blackpowder/Canon/Mortar Shoot and Winter Fishing Tournament.
