I concur in the "thanks" to benny and china. Was a great day regardless of where I ended up in the rankings.

Thanks Selurcspi and China another great job, I even made it home in time for the wedding reception. I have pictures to post, but need to figure out how to do it. I hope my schedule fits with the next shoot. Again, great meeting more people from the forum.

You guys are making me think how great it would have been if I had won the Powerball last night(or any other night). Had to work again. I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't loathe the work, it's just that it really obstructs my play time. Oh well, maybe next time. :)

Let me add my thank you to the list. It was a great time and it takes effort to get it going and run the shoot, wow! I am looking forward to the next time. If the date works for me, I will be there early to help set up. To all the other guys, it was fun meeting you and thanks for the tips. Hope to see you all again. On a side note, the sweetie was cool with it,I missed the wedding but got there for some of the fun stuff later!! Now if I can get her to help clean my gun today.......... ;)

My thanks, too, to Benny & China! Also to everybody else who showed up early to help set up for us lazy bums. Hopefully I can be more helpful next time, now that I know how long it really takes me to get there.

Brit, I wore my glasses; it takes more than that. :)

China thank you for fixing my near mortal wound. That band-aid sure did the trick on that blood blister. And when you keep telling everyone to hold the pistol with their strong hand and do all of their other stuff with the left. That is why I hurt the trigger finger on my left hand, and not my right. I paid attention and it paid!

Benny thank you for the stages!

It was good meeting a few of the guys. I found out that we have a couple who can really shoot! And, it turns out, Pat Cannon is not nearly as scary looking as I had envisioned!

And now for my biggest question: in man versus man, how the heck did the guy I was competing against always have the first target shot down before I even got to the firing line? Was someone back in the crowd helping out? :?

I wanted to leave myself some room for improvement next time--looks like I did!

Why, thank you... I think.

This is one of the things I like about these these deals too, like in Cokato I learned the FamerJ does not wear bib overalls or a straw hat, and Pastor Paul does not talk like Jimmy Swaggart at all. I was only mildly disappointed that China is not the teenage Asian mail-order bride I imagined.;)
