I did the install myself. It was very easy to do. I would guess all the 10/22's are pretty much the same.

Q - things are really up in the air with outside events at ERSC right now. I doubt there will be a Fall Appleseed this year.

The tech-sights are easy as pie to install on the 10/22 or the Marlin 795. The most technical tool you will need is a hammer and an old piece of 223 brass to tap the old sights out and the new ones in. Oh, and some blue locktite.

Thanks Dean. Don't tell ttousi. He'll be disappointed that a pipe wrench isn't needed. And I'm disappointed that there probably won't be one in Elk River. Guess I'll have to make the trip to Winona.

Dang. That means I either find fundage for a *otel room, or camp onsite. First I need to fund a pair of 10/22's, or finish my AR (needs upper and rear sight) and feed it Ruskie Bear (brass-coated steel, $200 for 700 rounds!)
