Unfortunately nothing has changed at Perkins.
If there's somewhere else anyone wants to try, I'll leave it up to others to work out the details.
I'm going to be out of town.

I'll stop in there soon, and see what's going on.
I don't get out to many restaurants, but I was just treated to a birthday lunch at Famous Dave's in Woodbury. They're doing pretty much the same thing - 50% of the seating is closed, but they did allow full seating at the tables, and booths that were open.

If someone's got another spot, I'm fine with that.

Slightly off topic. The Perkins in WSP is closed.

Looks like it might be for good.

I stopped at the No St Paul Perkins for lunch to check things out. I would not be too surprised to see something similar happen there.

Still only allowing seating 50% or less.
Our corner of the atrium where we might pile in as many as 8-10, allows only for the seating of 3.
The usual mask BS, coming and going, there's a sign that says 'Reservations Required'. They also demand a phone number.

The place didn't have more than 5-6 customers when I was there midday.

If anyone has any ideas about meeting somewhere else, I'd likely show up.

I thi k it is Walz mission in life now to kill the state. We need to take real action before he accomplishes that.

It is more than WALZ. There is a planned destruction of our society going on.

If that isn't the grand plan, they're going a really poor job at accomplishing anything else.

Interesting you bring that up. I just had lunch there last week, after attending a funeral in the area.
Driving by the place, I've admired the guy's up front, in your face political signs.
After dining there I was thinking the same thing about perhaps having yjr breakfast there.
I'm guessing they are probably busy on Sat morning. They were seating no more than 1/2 the tables...
It appears they have a banquet room in the basement. I will stop out there and check with them...
Off the top of my head, I don't know OGC's schedule re: pubic hours, but the restaurant is only about 2 miles from the range.

They need our business.

Thanks, Mike; will do.
I'll be happy to give them my business.

If we cannot get in on a 2nd Saturday, will others be willing to go on another Saturday? (asking the group, at large).

I'll stop there for lunch. If she's not there at the time, I'll call her.

Thanks again.
