Nice meeting you too.

Glad you had a good time. Everyone needs to do this just once - for $10 + Gas + Ammo (about 150 rounds or so) you CANNOT GO WRONG.

For me it was about 250 rounds

I meant to talk to you about that........... ;) ;) ;)

I do a really good basic class, for either autos or revolvers, I thnik I can help

[RTK wrote]I shot in the same group as he and his better half did and it was a total disaster for me!

This was a tough day shooting. Your are correct sir there will be another day and I can only hope it gets better. Dawn and I really need to find more time for practice. RTK you should really go to the steel shoot. The bang/ding could get additive.

Newbie here again...

Explain the score and Man v. Man

Times are the best three shot strings on a stage added together - there were 4 stages.

Man v. Man - everyone draws a number and you duke it out side by side against reactive targets - the last target is the stop plate - the one on bottom wins.

Aaargh! Anniversary.

Hey, my wife scheduled herself to work overtime, so I guess I'm free that day after all! Marking my calendar now. :)

She did, honest! I didn't rig anything -- I just worked a lot of overtime myself lately, and mentioned our debt level every once in while, and turned up the volume on the TV when the bankruptcy lawyers' commercials were on.

I just needed heavier bullets. 115 grain stuff just bounced of the poppers vs 180 grain stuff with my MP40c (I now have 5 mags for)! Of course it would work better if I had hit higher on the target

Make the class over on the east side of the world ;)
