at least the 911 operator EVENTUALLY mentions to the caller that the Atty Gen said it's OK to open carry...

Well, that is exactly why we need to carry on, to help educate others about our Constitutional rights. Wisconsin Carry, Inc will be there, as well, and you can learn more about that event and the litigation that is resulting from it.
