After the show is done at 5pm, take a short drive to Burger Jones in UpTown and join a bunch of use for dinner and a good cause; helping out 1911fan's nephew who was caught in a nasty fire last week that left two of his friends dead and Alex with 3rd degree burns.

I'm planning on it. Folks should be able to spot me by looking for the pocket protector and red pens.

Pretty small show but Thunderjohn was there which pretty much makes it worthwhile on it's own.

He has an LC9 that I got to fondle. I haven't seen one in any shop.

I was a little perplexed by the guy with a table full of socks for sale but to each his own I guess.

The LC9 is nice.
Not sure about the sock table either. Supposed to be gun related. I guess most guys wear socks when they go to the range.
Or maybe it was (the mod. previously known as) User842 with all the Gold Toes he scored.

Didn't see many members today, but one member was there that ditched his mother to go to a gun show.

I ditched my mother to go to the SHTF-1 shoot and the gun show. We had a lovely dinner and evening and will be together all day tomorrow :) Unless I try to sneak out to Hutchinson in the morning with my step-father
