Saturday, 08 October - at the Old Country Buffet in Maplewood at 9:00 AM.
We meet in the back banquet room, located at the east (far left) end the restaurant, at the tables nearest the front windows.
New members especially are welcome to join your forum colleagues for breakfast, GunTalk, and more good conversation.
In the tradition of the event, and in respect for The Old Country Buffet, concealed carry preferred.

Folks not too long ago we had up to forty people showing for these. I know some have some issues with the venue and some have left the area but is fall and let's see if we can get a big gathering again

I'd like to but I live in Rochester now and work 2nd shift on Saturdays so it's a no go for me.

I have tried and tried. This coming Saturday I will try again, a bit harder this time, to make it.

I went there with a group of friends for dinner two weeks ago. Out of respect for my friends I remained polite and reserved in my comments. Out of respect for myself I didn't eat a thing. I followed a few, ah, people, and noticed that some used their fingers to taste the food, licking their fingers well, then using the well-saliva'd fingers to pick up the next serving spoon. They were not isolated cases. I hope breakfast is better.

I will try to make it, possibly with The Rodentwoman. I'll try hard since I can no longer make the 1st Wednesday lunch due to my new job being quite far away from Bloomington. I really need the job.
