Can the tables be re-arranged to more of a round table discussion?
Rather than separate tables and separate groups?
And NAME TAGS with USERNAME be required?

The suggestion about table arrangement is an interesting one. Maybe we could do that, and reset them at the conclusion...There's going to be some discussions about the future of this event, regarding location, etc. That will taken into consideration.
Name tags do work, and they are always available...
