APRIL STEEL SHOOT CANCELLED

Sorry Everyone, the Steel Shoot on Saturday has to be cancelled, as the ranges are flooded with slush and mud more than 6" deep. We'll see if we can make it up at the end of the summer!

BOO.When I win the Powerball I will pay for everybody on every existing signup sheet for a Hutchinson steel shoot to move to Arizona. Or a giant wet-vac for the range here. Or something.

Im pretty sure if 20+ guys are walking around in the muck all day it would do some damage to the area.

FWIW, GRRC is showing a match, on the calendar, for "paper, pins, and steel", Saturday ... from what I understand of the steel shoots, this would be very comparable!

That said, I'm sure this is merely an oversight, and it's actually canceled, as well!

(I'm bein' semi-facetious there! ... to my knowledge, the GRRC match on the 20th has NOT yet been canceled! :roll:

Yeah, last year it was 40 and raining sideways for most of the day for the April shoot. Others may disagree, but it was hard for me to have fun when I was soaked through. I didn't warm up in the truck until about Delano. Sorry to hear about conditions for this weekend, hopefully better luck in May.
