I think the thunderstorm in the morning scared off some of the new shooters and some of the old and infirm, in other words, the people I can beat.

And Larry, I got your chair.

That third stage ate my lunch, but I've never done better at MvM. A fun day, even with the slop underfoot.

Dang for showing up in a "fog" of sorts (not hung over) and just not having shot in months I am in disbelief of how I finished.

Thank you Benny and China for hosting another enjoyable steel match.

I woke up to strong storms and my hip/back were giving me just too much pain, to try and shoot that day.

I'm hoping I'll make the next one. I spent Thursday evening loading enough ammo for the shoot, with the hope I would feel good enough to go. I didn't :badmood:

One good thing did come out of me not being able to attend. My oldest stepson graduated college on Sat and I wasn't able to make the trip with my wife and mother-in-law. Luckily, they broadcast the graduation over the internet. It turned out, I had the BEST seat in the house. I got to see him close up. My wife was sitting all the way in the back, and did not have a good view.

Seriously? You only lost one time in MvM.

Not so much the loose as the 7 rounds at one target.... Ammo is rare these days.

You don't reload? I know you mentioned shooting factory reloads but you could really take advantage of making your own.

Finally got around to doing my analysis of the scores to come up with my excuses. Trouble is I can't come up with any. I woulda tried harder if I'd known I was losing to both of the girls by like 3 seconds.
