Shippy told me he's going to make it this week. I damn near would've forgotten... time keeps motoring by these days.

I hope to see you there. I put it on my cell phone calendar so I don't forget as well. Being retired, makes the date unimportant, so I lose track of time easily :lol:

Somebody suggested Pho in another thread. That would be cool.

Changing venues on these meals seems to require an act of God. Maybe we just need to do a Pho meet on our own some time.

I'm still regretting my support of OCB for the 2nd Sat breakfasts. Live and learn. :(

Where is OCB? If it isn't too far from Edina, I could possibly make those as well. FJ540, could you send me, or post more info about it?

It's the 2nd Saturday breakfast in Maplewood's Old Country Buffet. We all cower under concealed carry, so the manager can over charge us for the privilege of using the back room with every other large group they can shove in there.

I stopped going when I found out the manager didn't welcome our business, but didn't have the guts to simply stop allowing us to meet there.
