Thanks all for coming! And it was nice having people there who could go into further detail on the whys and hows rather than just the dos. I'm looking forward to next time! And by then maybe I'll have some furniture to sit on :rotf:

Is anyone interested in an evening brew during the week? Home grown hops?

Well, I FINALLY got around to bottling today, sorry for the wait. The good news is that procrastination is your best friend in this endeavor. I have a case set aside for the four of you that were here, so Pat Cannon, Chunkstyle, Indeed_mandy and 45USP45 there will be a sixpack for each of you to gather at your convenience.

We should definately do this again, especially since we have brewers and interest. If any of you others (ahem, indeed_mandy) that do all grain would like to get something going, it shore would be fun donchaknow!

Until then, the four of you shoot me a PM and let me know what you want to do about this homeless beer. No rush , it won't be ready to drink for a couple of weeks.

I hate to sound like a Sally- but an allgrain batch might have to wait for a little warmer weather. The thirties might be nice. Since we really have to be outside most of the time.

Hold me to it- when it gets warmer we can do some brewing in my garage. Sometimes I am a slacker when it comes to planning stuff.
