Anyone want to go RenFest with me?

Hey all,

Anyone interested in hanging out with me on Sunday September 15th at RenFest? I live about 3 miles north of it and would like to go, but I need a babysitter. I never know how long my strength will hold out and I'd like to ride with someone there. I live about 3 miles north of it on Highway 169. I'm thinking we'd be there when doors open at 10am. You pay your own cover, but I'll buy some food for us.

Sadly, I didn't make it this year either. I wanted to go on the last weekend, but as it turned out, I was having surgery 2 days before on 9/27 due to a ruptured appendix that was dead inside of me for 5 days and had also turned into Gangrene. To add more fun to the mix, due to the Avastin I'm on, I could have hemorrhaged and bled out on the operating room table. I ended up spending 9 days in the hospital getting the best care I've ever had by the way, and now I'm in 2 months of recovery - and all of this on top of a terminal Cancer diagnosis. In short, I almost died from an Appendicitis vs. the Cancer.

If I'm around and able, I will make it next year.
