Center is FJ540, don't remember the other two names.
Image
The guy on the right is Tootsie, your friendly neighborhood mod and itinerant lecher, and the moustache on his face is 100% nose hair!!
The bald head belongs to Glock and reloading guru Tim Warner.
Image
Deleted!!
Image
From left to right, bensmom, Ben, his younger sister, and bensdad. Bensmom apparently wears the pants in the family, and always shows up lound and pround with a Gpher bar STFU!!! jersey.
Image
PM me with some names.
Image
Three teenage girls with no cute boys around who tore into the buffet like a pack of she-wolves.
Image
This is the guy carrying and his SO has no idea he's packing, and is kind of wondering about the rest of us. I'm leaving that way, and so should you!!!

Wow you got people to smile. Maybe you're not as big of a reloading troll as everyone thinks you are.

Actually, in person I'm not all that bad. That being said, these people are all smiling from the intense chloresterol high from relentless bacon, relentless breakfast sausages, French toast, hash browns, and two kinds of scrambled eggs.

LOL. Yea I let out enough of a laugh that other people gathered around this long rock counter top, drinking adult beverages, looked at me weird.

Sorry, but I swear you parked in front of me and had a police sticker with your name on it in the rear window. In addition, you made a comment at the breakfast about me pitting up your gong with my 50GI, and the only incident I remembered was pitting a piece of armor plate on the short range a couple of years back with a guy who hauled his comp gear out of a State Highway Patrol vehicle.

Sticker is in honor of Officer Scott Patrick - he was the resource officer at my kid's school. If I WAS a cop, I wouldn't advertise it on my personal vehicle like that.

You were at the Short Range with Warner one time when you dented my steel. It was highly amusing.

Well, thank you for clearing that up. As far as the 50GI pitting armor plate, there are two possible modes:
1. The cavity on that big 50 cal bullet is almost exactly the same as the hollow in a shaped charge, so that might do it.

2. If that isn't the reason, this is a Gold Dot bullet, so it has a thicker copper back end to it which is "the Gold Dot". With the bullet expanding under tremendous pressure and speading out over a full inch, the impact of that thicker Gold "Dot" may be the culprit.

Sometime I would like to meet up with that already pitted plate at OGC with my 9x25 SSX, and Quickload says I can get a Norma 104 grain AP bullet up to 2000 FPS. It doesn't have a steel penetrator, but the copper in the nose is ridiculously thick. Quickload also says I can get a Hornady 90 grain XTP up to 2200 FPS out of a 6" barrel.

I still have that same plate - its been retired from close up work due to the pitting (not just from you) -- I'd be willing to have it end its useful life in the name of science!

Well, they are pretty much in holsters below the table top, but everybody but the three teen-age girls and Ben is locked and loaded and highly visible. Except for the guy in the last picture, who is deep undercover because of his SO and I didn't care where it was.
