Hope to see you there. 365 tables sold out and we are slowly weeding out the non-gun related items. Great Food, homemade pies and egg coffee.

Water boiled, coffee grounds dropped in and then when its brewed an egg is dropped into the pot to collect all the grounds. I think its a Swede thing or some such nonsense. Every one swears by it, as long as its black and strong I don't care!

...Not quite how it goes...the egg is mixed with the grounds prior to adding to the water.

I thought good coffee could be determined when you toss a horseshoe in the pot and it stands straight up?

Wells is always a good time. Never tried the coffee, though....

While I can't be there - the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus will have a table there at the show. Our volunteers will have membership forms, t-shirts, and buttons available - be sure to stop by!

Had to google where Wells was. About 106 mile trip from where I''m located. Have to run that one by my wife to see if I can break free for the day.

We have room if you need a ride. We'll be leaving from my house in Edina.

It's a nice show, and often, some interesting firearms.

Thanks. Still unsure of my weekend plans. But if I can break free I’ll still probably drive myself. May take my son with me.

Forgive my naivety, but I just don't have a lot of experience with gun shows, so I have a few questions. All of my firearm procurement activity has been at retail and online through local FFLs. Have been to gun shows, but it's been a long time. Do they allow people to carry at gun shows? Or not technically allowed, but "concealed is concealed?" Location impacts this I presume. The Wells show appears to be at a school. A lot of other shows that I've seen at are National Guard armories where I would assume federal building prohibition comes into play.

As I am a Club official, I can not say " concealed is concealed", but read into what you want. If your weapons is observed you will be asked/escort to a safe area to unload and the action will be secured with a zip tie. This is done for all Weapons entering the show. Anyone who is coming to the show ask for me at the Club Table right inside the door or at my table by the kitchen.
