Good luck with that. I talked to my agent in early November and was grossly misinformed about several important points. I won't be dealing with them anymore. I will either find another agent, or stick with the insurer I have for 2019 and deal with their sales office directly. Two big factors for me aside from the cost are can i get thru to them on the phone and does their website function. And of course do they pay the bills.
I guess this is the alternative to a single payer system which I am not advocating, but the present system is a tangled web. Seems like it was developed by the MN DMV.

Yeah, it was pretty simple last year. Health Partners had about 4 levels of coverage, with commensurate premiums...Now, I got all the info piling up. I'm hoping I can make enough sense of it to have a decision made whenI get to the appointment. Thus far, I've been please with health partners, and their specialty clinics are close by, as is Regions Heart Ctr.
I probably should not have waited this long to get it done, though.
