First off, kudos to you for your effort in setting this up. I look forward to attending if I'm able.

That said, trying to schedule this for time and place that works for everybody can be a big hassle, if not impossible. I think you should just pick a place and a time and post it. Folks can go or not go depending on their schedule or culinary desires.

If it's going to be a regular or semi-regular event (and I hope it is), then every month you or someone else can just offer up a time and a place and if more than 1 person shows up, call it a success.
