weight loss part can't hurt. All my medical stuff has required me to lose some also. Down 30 so far. 2nd hip replacement on 18th. surgery and endless rehabs suck but beat the alternatives. this time dock appointment at Shakopee VA 11 am will help instead of hindering my lunch.
