Yes - the Cato Institute is the one who brought the Heller Suit (the biggest 2A win in history) while the NRA sat around with their skirt billowing over their head:

Also, join the ACLU. They do a pretty good job defending the Constitution as well, especially the First Amendment.

I don't see how anyone can consider themselves a proper conservative if they aren't a member of both the NRA and the ACLU.
