The recall petition will hopefully be thrown out if the use the video evidence of the petition being filled out by middle school children.

The whole thing is a joke. At my Family Thanksgiving, one of the bleeding hearts was passing around the petition, and having folks that are MN residents sign it.

I fervently declined, but asked if the were sure they didn't want the kids to sign too.

That didn't go over so well. :?

The GAB has encouraged anyone who witnesses fraud or other problems related to circulating petitions to contact the board, which is working together with the state Department of Justice to refer cases to district attorneys for possible prosecution.

Spieckerman said Frisby jumped out of his truck when he refused to answer.

"Then he let loose with a torrent of abuse and obscenities," Spieckerman said.

The video shows Frisby yelling, "Do you pay health care? No, you don't pay health care. You mooching off the system?"

Frisby can been seen grabbing the camera before it goes dark.

"He turned around and he jammed the camera back in my chest and he put his fist up to my face and said, 'How do you like that,'" Nagel said.

He was arrested, as he should have been. The link I posted will help ensure the same for some of the perpetrators of fraud on the other side as well.

Yeah. He's one of those "get off my side" kind of guys.

Not enough people think about the consequences of their actions. He needs some counseling about how to behave like an adult.
