We're down to simple math!

A vote NOT fer Romney, is a vote fer osama!

Idealistic dribble suits only those who truly don't care, or otherwise prefer osama wins! (looks in Heffay's direction ... Image)

Where's Nader when ya need him?!

In Minnesota, a vote for Romney is throwing your vote away. Obama is going to win the state no matter how much you cry about it, so if you want the GOP to get back to the ideals that Reagan championed, you'll make sure that you send a message that putting a crap candidate isn't going to fly with you.

The funny thing is, I would have been overjoyed if the Romney of 2004 was running. Just like I was overjoyed when McCain won the primary in 2008. THOSE were my guys. This guy here now... he's a piece of **** politician catering to a base of dinosaurs. So yeah, I'm not going to vote for him, because I WANT MY **** PARTY BACK.

edit, since you threw this in after I posted:

A 3rd party will NEVER be viable in a national election unless ... 1. he's a move/rock star! ... 2. we get run-off elections (hint: neither of the two major parties will EVER allow this!)

This has NOTHING to do with a third party. This has to do with punishing the MORON Tea Party aka Moral Majority d-bags who decided to double down on a bad policy in an attempt to force other Americans to live within their religious rules. F that. I hope they go down in flames this election cycle, so we can kick out Palin, Bachmann, and all the other idiots who screwed up a good thing in an attempt to create a theocracy in America.

I guess we don't even need an election in MN!

If MN is the ONLY state that "sends a message", who here, besides Heffay, believes ANYONE'll get that "message"?!

Image

And if any other states "send a message" ... well, I guess he's already won the entire country! ... so none of the states need to have elections!

The simple facts remain ...

• if ya vote for anyone but Romney 'er osama, yer NO different than anyone who voted fer Nader ... and put Bush Jr. in the White House! (think about that fer a few minutes! ;) )

• if ya believe osama's gonna take MN (no matter what!), ya've already conceded the election ... ya've ALREADY placed yer in absentia vote fer osama!

• maybe before ya think yer gonna "teach the GOP a lesson" actually ATTEND a caucus ... and meet these people! ... then tell me how receptive they are to yer "expertise"! Image

Think about it!

The ONLY way osama loses the election is if Romney gets more votes ... PERIOD!

If ya want osama to win, what's yer #1 goal?! :ugeek:

Ya can believe Heffay, and take whatever osama's givin' ... fer the next FOUR YEARS!!!

Or ya can believe me ... and maybe this map won't be so embarrassing ... this time!!! ... at least, ya'll have TRIED! ...

Image

Ya wanna protest?! ... do it at the caucuses! ... do it at the conventions!

Ya wanna be PART of the election?! ... don't be a fool! ;)

So vote for someone that represents almost nothing I believe in? I think you're doing it wrong.

Dial back the clock 8 years and give me that Romney. Then we're talking a guy I align with FAR better than Obama.

It may (or may very well not ;) ) have something to do with a 3rd party ... for you! ... but for many others, it does!

You and I agree on one thing (depending on yer mood  ) ... religion has ZERO place in politics! I would ... and I've said as much ... and you've agreed with me, when I did ... that I'd take "under God" outta the pledge! It was added in the mid-20th Century ... for purely political propaganda ... BLASPHEMY! ... in it's purest form!

But you and I will never change Amerikan politics!

osama winning this election benefits only ONE of us! ... which raises SERIOUS questions regarding your "conservatism"! ;)

I won't change your vote ... ya'll vote for who you want, no matter how much progress I make! ... to do otherwise is unthinkable!

But, this is a forum! ;)

Again, it's simple math ... literally, a 1 or a 0 ... win or lose!

At least man-up! ... if ya know osama's gonna win, and yer ok with that, vote for him! ... THAT, I can respect!

But whining about how someone "threw the game"?! ... a testament to what this country's become!

I'm not looking at changing American politics. But I'm also not going to vote for Romney. I don't want to give tacit support to who he's become. Therefore, I'm voting for Ron Paul. And if Romney loses because of my vote, then maybe he and people who come after think about the consequences of catering to a vocal minority.

Oh, and as far as the judges for the next 4 years that get appointed... focus your energy on the Senate if you really care. It's not like the president exists in a vacuum.

People shouldn't be mad at others who are unwilling to hold their nose and vote for horrible candidates simply because they have an R after their name.

They should look at what the R after their name has come to represent.

If the D and the R give me no good choice, I will go find one. Or write one in. If that bothers you, then you may want to change the fact that your party didn't give me a good choice.

I'm 100% done voting AGAINST people. It hasn't worked in the past and it sure as hell won't work going forward. The only way to get my vote is to put forward a candidate that I can support. Pointing out that the other guy who might win is WORSE than the POS your party nominated isn't good enough.
It turns out that what you have is less important than what you do with it.

+1

I will vote for a R, when it stands for the party of small gov't, not the lesser of two evils.

I would rather vote my conscious and lose in perpetuity, than cave to the middle.

I am with Heffay, the tea party has done far more damage than good to this country.

Taxed Enough Already. The TEA Party has brought fiscal policy to the forefront, they were instrumental in winning back the House, and they helped bring the Senate to play this election.
I could see where someone who would be against having a Republican majority in the House would think the TEA Party has damaged this country.

The Tea Party is just the Moral Majority with an acronym. And I'd rather see a republican majority in the Senate, but I'll take the house. As long as they are split.
