Gun Laws

Postby harryset on Mon Nov 19, 2012 7:27 pm

In my personal opinion, reading multitudes of gun law posts in many forums, I think that most of us forget that they don't need to pass new gun laws. Most rules will be slipped in, under the radar, by simple changes in how different rules and regulations are interpreted and implemented. It is way easier for them to simply change regulations on us, rather than try to pass whole new laws.

It's not the LAWS you necessarily have to worry about, it's how the laws are regulated.

Maybe so. I have discovered that a good lawyer can interpret the regs back where they were intended, and most small county prosecutors don't have the money to waste.

Reminds me of the Hughes Amendment.
