Well clearly new gun restrictions will solve all the problems. I'm so excited for gun violence to be completely ousted from the United States. Why didn't we think of this earlier? Gee wizz if only the shooters mother never legally acquired those weapons, then he would have never acted out violently in the future! I'm sure just being around all those "assault weapons" totally changed the kind of person he was.

Is increasing the penalties for straw buying a new gun restriction? Is a tax on gun manufacturers a gun restriction? How about more funding for mental health issues? Is that a new gun restriction?

Yes we do nothing. At least for right now. No one is capable of making any rational decisions right now. It's hard too, as it should be, a bunch of children were just killed.

Don't throw me into that generalization. I do believe meds have their place, but I also believe that they are totally over used as well. I have seen meds totally change a person for the better and I have also seen the complete opposite.
