Cam Gordon of the Minneapolis Council sent me a draft of his proposals. I believe you all should see it. Understand we do have preemption rendering much of this moot - but they will (Minneapolis will) put on a push for a roll back of preemption as evidenced here. This is why it is so important to stay engaged and to keep talking to your state reps, and senators. And while you are at it - call Washington and talk to Klobachur and Franken and your US Rep. I call and fax them once a week. If we all did, they begin to get the picture.
