the quick episode I saw while at the gym at least mentioned the guy who testified the cops wouldnt come to his wifes help when she received a phone call saying she was going to be killed - but when she told the sheriffs that she was armed they came to ask her to unload and put away her guns. WTF ?!?!?!?!

Get there early if you want a seat in the hearing room -- its been full by a little after 8am both mornings.

There will be a line, and periodically the Sgt at Arms for Capitol Security will walk the line with tickets to get in. Get a ticket, and you're in!

They had limited overflow seating yesterday with a feed to the hearings.
Nothing to see here. Continue swimming.

Or the guy from DPMS - who wasn't mentioned in most of the media stories.

Not to mention I suspect our opposition learned their lesson yesterday (they all got there late) -- beat them there... cheat and win.

Looks like I got here a tad late to get in the hearing room. But I did get a seat in overflow. Wonder if they take some count of us up here? Hope my being here helps. Gonna sent more letters tonight.

kstv tv spin was an attempt to use the DPMS guy against us... mentioned not as a local employer,or economic engine... merely as a gun manufacturer... in the same breath as the NRA, when describing who showed up to voice opposition the bill...

Yep, never mind the loss of jobs and the loss of tax revenue to the state if this crap passes.
