Perhaps they should take away their anti-gun signs and replace them with anti-gang signs.

Did the school kids get tickets too, or are they just taking them out of the 150 person quota?

The testimonies are way off base. The anti gunners, seem to just throw tragedy and empty rhetoric at the commitee to hope it will sway fence voters. Utterly disgusting to exploit these kids.

308 is up now. I don't see how they could possibly back this bill up.

Wow I can't believe that these people are exploiting these kids!!

This is ridiculous! I would NEVER let my kids be exploited like this. What happened to raising kids to have thick skin and learn how to fight back? Man I wish i was 20 yrs older so I dont have to live through this messed up society.

If anyone has further details for today's evening session, can you please post it? My car is in the shop this morning, and if I find myself in a position to go this afternoon, I will . . . but the only agenda I've seen says TBA.

What happened with the HF307 and HF242 bills this morning? I got on after 10:15 and seems like those bills (especially standard cap magazines) should have taken way longer to debate...

They actually signed up the kids to cary signs? That's low.

I noticed that the Councilman only let the boys attend - the girls couldn't attend. That's what he said. What a strange thing to admit outloud in a public forum that's being televised.

He also said that none of them had guns to defend themselves and lived every day in fear. I'm not sure that was supposed to be said outloud, either..... :?
