The only issue is, this report isn't bias and was not crafted by anyone leaning right or left that we are aware of. Simply advising a politician when called upon does not equate to political affiliation. This organization is highly respected by both sides and has published reports that are damning to both political parties at different points.

You used to need 20% down to purchase a house. It was not the Republicans who said this was unfair. It was the Dems who believed that everyone should own a house. It was the Dems that forced banks to give 0% down home loans. Democrats Barney Frank and Chris Dodd fought against any reforms to housing finance. While you diddle, reflect how your idols screwed everyone.
