It passed the planning commission! All that's left is the city council. They're having the meeting on it this following Monday the 24th I believe. I plan on being there. The info I had was wrong evidently. I heard it was a meeting strictly for the Conditional Use Permit and then it had to go to a full Planning Commission meeting then City Council.

I got an e-mail from Chris Williamson, the guy putting this whole thing together. He told me that city council approval is the last hurdle. They must have gotten planning commission approval a while ago and then had to come back for the conditional use permit. That was what the Monday meeting was for...the permit.
