The jones family are good people I am friends with the whole family although they received a good amount of money after tims death it can never replace the father they. Had his daughter chelsi ended up getting ms hockey back in 05 and playing for the u of m and his son Matt is now a police officer following in his dad's footsteps I'm just writing this to give you an idea of the people who were effected by this tradgedy
Thanks for posting that. I met seen/ Tim a few times around the PD dog compound, which was located on the property of the St Paul water filtration plant where I worked at then time. A highly respected and admired guy.
The weekend after the shootings, several of the canine cops came over to borrow some shovels from us. They were going to dig up the remains of his previous dog, as it was his wish to be buried with his (now 2) dogs.
That was a real ******* day. Not too far from my home, I knew many people who were either locked down, or evacuated during the man hunt. I watched it unfold on TV.
