Are you the originator of that acronym?

I'm quite certain he is not.

That acronym has been around for a long long time. I graduated from Edina HS and it was in place for decades when I moved to Edina in middle school.

The Castile shooting is going to be just like the Jamar Clark shooting. You will see a lot of fake narratives that will see some traction, but at the end of the day, virtually none of it will be real. One of the more egregious stories told by "witnesses" to the federal investigators was that Mpls officers handcuffed Jamar Clark with his hands behind his back, put him on his knees, and shot him in the back of the head with a 12ga using 00 Buck. You know, despite a single 9mm hole to this face... And the Feds went with the shotgun story when they interviewed family members of the officers to make them out to be racist.
In the same light, Diamond Reynolds has been fabricating narratives that were not present. The video she shot starts after the shooting. She has started making up further claims, and BLM and the race baiters are latching on to every story change.

The reality is that you have people who are so desperate to start a race war and enact a Bolshevik-style socialist revolution that they will never operate on logic or fact. The federal investigators are likely going to run with the same narrative of painting the officer as racist. This is a directive from the top-down in the DOJ, which is what we have come to expect with this crooked administration.

When the dust settles, you'll see the officer cleared and information that puts Diamond Reynolds and BLM in a very bad position that they probably will claim is just institutional racism.
