BAD WOLVES frontman Tommy Vext says that some U.S. governors have wielded strong authority over how to respond to the coronavirus pandemic simply out of disdain for President Donald Trump.

"I think that the coronavirus pandemic has been politically hijacked, and I think that certain governors with certain political leanings are continuing to overextend a lockdown order that on a global standpoint, it's scientifically arguable that it was necessary to begin with," he told Andy Hall of the Des Moines, Iowa radio station Lazer 103.3 (hear audio below). "I think it was smart for us to do what we did as a community and as a people as a whole to make sure that we responded to what we thought was gonna happen. But as the data continues to come out, you're starting to see the truth. I think that it was very overexaggerated, and I think, as a result, there are a lot of political leaders who would like to see a change of regime with the presidency and I think they're using the lockdown order as a way to impose tyranny and oppression upon people who don't want it.

"I've drawn a lot of controversy by being outspoken about this," he continued. "I have friends who are actors and friends who are artists who, they're being silenced. Scientists and doctors are not allowed to talk about this. If they talk about it on YouTube, they're getting deleted. To me, that's a lot of red flags. And then you see the police departments in various cities are kind of refusing to lock up innocent business owners for just going back to work.

"I think that the American people have kind of had enough of being told what to do and told that our lives are in danger when the numbers aren't there. We have 39 million people in California and 3,000 deaths from coronavirus."

Walz is just following the program. What you're seeing in MN is just a little behind the curve from the dem party on a national level. I believe the answer to your question is that you are seeing the transition play out in MN...a glimpse of who they really are. The dems in MN have not built up their dependent plantation big enough yet so they have to pretend to represent the taxpayers until their power is guaranteed by importing/growing enough poor people, destroying the economy, and making everyone dependent on them.
In other words, the Wuhan Clap is just accelerating what has already been in place. If one thinks that the dems in MN are harmless compared to the dems nationally, then one would be mistaken. They are viscous, tyrannical monsters working quietly behind the scenes towards their ultimate goal. What is playing out right now is just a peek behind the curtain.

I think you guys are giving Waltz and Co. too much credit. While I've no doubt they'd love to see us all groveling at their feet for handouts, I don't see it happening. People are getting restless. They want to go out to dinner and drinks. They want to go see sporting events. The longer the shutdown continues, and the more people start seeing no point in it, the more blame is going to be focused on Democrat's.
I will never apologize for being an American.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8347635/Lockdowns-failed-alter-course-pandemic-JP-Morgan-study-claims.html

"Falling infection rates since lockdowns were lifted suggest that the virus 'likely has its own dynamics' which are 'unrelated to often inconsistent lockdown measures', a report published by the financial services giant said.

Author Marko Kolanovic, a trained physicist and a strategist for JP Morgan, said governments had been spooked by 'flawed scientific papers' into imposing lockdowns which were 'inefficient or late' and had little effect.

'Unlike rigorous testing of new drugs, lockdowns were administered with little consideration that they might not only cause economic devastation but potentially more deaths than Covid-19 itself,' he claimed.

Infection rates have continued to decline even once a lag period for new infections to become visible is factored in, the report says.

'This means that the pandemic and Covid-19 likely have [their] own dynamics unrelated to often inconsistent lockdown measures that were being implemented.'
Those dynamics may be influenced by increased hand-washing and even weather patterns but seemingly not by full-scale lockdowns, the report suggests.

'The fact that re-opening did not change the course of the pandemic is consistent with studies showing that initiation of full lockdowns did not alter the course of the pandemic either,'".

Nope; like the riots and looting: Still Trump's fault; Bush's too.

But we no longer are in groups of 10 or less. No social distancing. Why is it we can’t have the state fair?
