Dammit Clarence, we need you! Why'd you dig yourself into this hole? Is Biden going to get to choose your replacement?

Hopefully he stands his ground. I don't think the House would impeach him.

Supreme Court's most gun-friendly justice is in big trouble.

He’s about to find himself in a huge tax audit situation at a minimum. If he didn’t disclose the value of these gifts, it’s virtually guaranteed he didn’t report it as income on his tax returns. He has a huge tax issue. And the potential for being disbarred. Wouldn’t that be funny? A Supreme Court justice that gets disbarred?

So, I guess this one time legacy media is making an honest reporting about a conservative.

Every single reportings that came before was honest mistakes. Well, misunderstandings really.

I mean Trump did tell the people to drink bleach, and said white supremacists are "fine people", right?

51 intell experts "state that Hunter Biden laptop" is Russian plant, I guess they are right. I mean there isn't a connection between Chinese intelligence chief and Biden family?

I guess all the Pulitzer prizes that have been awarded for covering Trump's obvious Russian collusion was well deserved.

Now I am hearing about how Trump made the pandemic worse by not acting fast enough. I guess he should have gone on marches in Chinatown instead of being a racist and stopping flights from China.

Justice department, released information related to Mueller probe, in the report it shows that Mueller discovered four months into his investigation that Steele dossier was fake, now I realize that Muller a fellow Marine is a scumbag, or is he a patriot?

I guess I never realized that people have reset buttons in their head. Push it and all the memories just float away.

I mean. I guess media has no agenda going after Thomas, I mean, I guess democrats introducing the idea of expanding the courts have, obviously nothing to do with the reporting. Right?

None of the Justices are blameless. They all fail to report things.

Mark Smith's take on the Left's latest attack. RT 13:48

Basically it's nothing to worry about. They all do it. It doesn't rise to high crimes and misdemeanors.

Remember that impeachment is a political remedy. No need for guilt or rule of law.

If they can get 50%+1 in the house to vote for charges, and a majority in the senate to impeach, you are gone.

The whole abortion issue is contaminating the public discourse. The Dems want to get a SCOTUS majority in the worst way. Depending on “they all do it” or “not high crimes or misdemeanors” is a very flimsy basket with the politics of today.

The Left has been much more on point playing the game in las few years. The Right better wake up quickly or all will be lost. The governor race in the last go around is a prime example.

Actually, the procedure for impeaching a Supreme Court Justice is the same as the President. You need a simple majority in the House, and a 2/3rds super majority in the Senate.

Here's even some more push back saying the actions against Justice Clarence Thomas are purely political from U.S. Senators Ted Cruz and the always enjoyable (to me anyway) John Kennedy.

IMHO they do a very good job of pointing out the hypocrisy of the allegations against Justice Thomas.

Powerline has a good piece this morning on Left's attempt to lower the Supreme Court's public standing. Meanwhile the court just accepted a case that might mean the end of the Chevron Deference, and limit the power of the bureaucracy. I'm sure glad we managed to take the house.
