A man who was stabbed Sunday night at the State Fair's midway was in stable condition at St. Paul's Regions Hospital, State Fair Police Watch Commander Paul Paulos said late Sunday night.
The victim was stabbed by another man about 7:20 p.m. between the Spiral and Scrambler rides, Paulos said.
The two men, whose names were not released, are friends and it appears as if no one else was involved in the incident, he said. No arrests have been made.
Paulos, a sergeant with the St. Paul Police Department, declined to discuss what led to the stabbing, though investigators have some idea of what the motive was, he said.
He added that such an incident occurring at the fair is rare.

Better: don't have friends with knives who will stab you when you argue with them.DeanC wrote:Fast351 wrote:Better ban knives too I guess.
And don't go with friends.

Anyways, wish I would of had a camera with me....I saw a sign.

I think that's more than a vague possibility.Pezhead wrote:Do you think maybe alcohol was involved?

What happens in the basement stays in the basement.
