MN Gun Owners Caucus: Governor Straw Poll Results

MN GUN OWNERS CAUCUS ANNUAL MEETING
GOVERNOR STRAW POLL RESULTS

At the end of our Governor's Forum today, attendees submitted ballots on their preferred candidate for Governor after hearing the candidates discuss their views and records on Second Amendment issues.

The final tally was:
* Mike Murphy: 31%
* Michelle Benson: 30%
* Paul Gazelka: 18%
* Kendall Qualls: 11%
* Neil Shah: 4%
* Scott Jensen: 4%
* Other/Undecided: 2%
* Tim Walz: 0%

Was the vote purely subjective or was it based on a questionnaire?

If the election were today I think Michelle Benson would be my pick. Gazelka maybe #2. I don't know anything about Mike Murphy, where is he mayor of?

Scott Jenson is slamming me with spam almost daily. I'd vote for him over Waltz, but only just barely.

Attendees filled out a paper ballot after the Governor forum/debate and were asked "Which candidate currently has your support for governor (choose one)?". All 6 candidates present + tim walz + other were options.
