Not everyone has a facebook or will click a random link. It's usually a good idea to include a snippet of the text with the link.

It's official....we received our letter from GE Capital today that our merchant agreement will be terminated effective 2/18/2013. Although they originally told us this would only affect online sales, the letter indicates they are terminating both online and retail merchant business. We still accept credit cards and ACH/Echeck as well as checks by mail....and also offer our 90 day layaway plan....so we do have several other payment options. GE was just our only deferred interest finance option.

ACH/Echeck is the preferred payment option as you can quickly and securely pay online and still receive the lowest advertised cash discount price. Please keep in mind this payment option, like credit cards, is processed by a secure third party and not Budsgunshop.com. We must hold all orders paid via ACH/Echeck for 5 business days before the funding is confirmed and we can release/ship your order. The 5 day hold is really not an issue at this time as we are not shipping most orders within 5 days anyway....more like 2-3 weeks ! We are doing our very best folks....please be patient with us.....this too shall pass. :)

just had a friend of mine buy a rifle from buds about a month ago. they charged his credit card right away and didnt send a confirmation email or anything about shipping details for the whole month. he called multiple times but only got an automated response about the high volume. no way to talk to a real person. no email just a contact us page and repeated attempts that way lead to nothing. over a month with no contact with buds whatsoever over multiple tries. he called the better business bureau and sounds like they got ahold of buds and they will be refunding him fully within a few days. they can drown if they treat customers like that. take your money and do nothing for over a month.

The most recent(and last) time I bought a gun from buds, my credit card got hacked( they admitted the problem was theirs), and they sent me a gun I didn't order. Due to my procedural error in doing the transfer, I was stuck with it.

Since GE is no longer allowing the financing of firearms/weapons - I wonder if they are going go cancel all of there DoD contracts as well. I think that strike capable UAV's with GE Intelligence technologies can cause a bit more harm than the guy wanted to finance that new handgun.

That's too bad. I've never ordered from them, but I'd heard they had good customer service. I guess that's falling by the wayside during the current panic.

As an entity GE has its face some firmly implanted in the gov's backside, and vice versa, this doesn't surprise me. It was ge's lobbying that is bringing an end to the incandescent bulb as we now know it. The jab at the gun industry is just their way of saying thanks to the *resident.
