At least the guy admitted guilt and didn't try to BS his way out of it (yet). Anyone who has ever been to a bar is risking a DWI, especially where the limit is now. I don't necessarily hold one DWI against someone as it could happen to any of us.

It would be nice to know if this guy is pro or anti as the DWI offence meets a key requirement to lodge a recall petition. Looks like $100 filing fee and 25 signatures from 25 voters in his district would get in motion

People don't get recalled for DWI.

Well, maybe if they kill somebody. Otherwise it's not a big deal anymore if it's just a normal DWI.
Those who beat their swords into plowshares will end up plowing for those who didn't.
